Whitney Tilson for Mayor of New York City

New York is going to be electing an new mayor. And my friend Whitney Tilson is running. I may live in Switzerland but I am a New Yorker at heart. I’ve lived there longer than anywhere else. I met my wife Lory in NYC, and our 3 children were born there. So I care what happens to New York. I’ve know Whitney for over 30 years. He is smart. Hard working and has boundless energy. He’s not doing this for money or prestige. He’s doing it because really cares. Whitney is also an outsider. The change candidate. He has never run for office. I wholeheartedly support his candidacy.

 

I’m a Zurich based investor. Since 1997, I’ve managed a privately offered investment fund known as the Aquamarine Fund.

I am also the author of a book titled The Education of a Value Investor, which was published in 2014.

As I wrote in my book, we are all a work in progress. This site documents my ongoing quest for “wealth, wisdom and enlightenment”.
