Big Think: What I learned over lunch with Warren Buffett

March 17, 2025

I did an interview with Lucy Handley of BigThink

The act of self-reflection on one’s own, or in a group with the help of a significant other, is a more meaningful way to live one’s life. When you go into therapy, you’re going into a personal adventure, maybe the only adventure that counts.

I remember deciding that I was going to go and do therapy, and walking in and feeling very nervous, because I was afraid of what I might find out. But ultimately, no problem is too difficult that it can’t be solved by simply shining light on it and revealing what is there.

Thank you Lucy Handley for asking all the right questions.
