The pressure on human resources will intensify as continued development throws up new types of jobs. Kiran Karnik, president of Nasscom, India’s information technology industry association, says its members are already having to fight harder for recruits tempted by growing opportunities in sectors such as banking and financial services.

I’m a Zurich based investor. Since 1997, I’ve managed a privately offered investment fund known as the Aquamarine Fund.

I am also the author of a book titled The Education of a Value Investor, which was published in 2014.
